Our production lines are in Mainland China, across a full range of divisional facilities. Every part is inspected in house before it leaves.

Manufacturing equipment

Production

Divisional facilities cover forming, stamping, forging and finishing, so a part can be taken from drawing to packed carton without leaving our own plants.

Tooling is built in house. That is what makes custom profiles, private-label runs and customer-branded parts practical at container volumes rather than a special case.

  • Cold drawing and cold rolling lines for pipe and tube
  • 1,500+ ton stamping press — size and gauge are not a constraint
  • Forging for flanges and rings, pressure ratings to class 2500
  • Butt-welding, casting and forging for pipe fittings to 64" OD
  • Powder coat, zinc plating and hot dip galvanizing

Quality control

For our more demanding products we operate comprehensive testing facilities, with a matching quality management system. All products undergo in-house quality control before delivery, and our factories have acquired ISO 9001.

The total quality approach means our products conform to the highest international standards — ANSI/ASME, MSS, JIS, BS and DIN as the specification requires.
